Borland Capital Partners LLC is a real estate investment fund, structured much like a REIT, managed by The Borland Group LLC and governed by a strong board of directors. The Fund's focus is on investing in a broad range of real estate investments over several different U.S. markets broken into Core and Non-Core investment strategies. Our primary fund is a closed-end privately held fund, not traded on the open market, and is only open to *qualified investors.
